We pick up furniture and household items you no longer need and ensure they’re handled responsibly. Instead of adding to overflowing landfills, we sort, recycle, and repurpose whenever possible. Our goal is to reduce waste while giving useful items a second chance to serve another home.

1. What types of items do you accept?
We primarily accept gently used furniture, household items, and small appliances that can be reused by families in need. If you’re unsure about a specific item, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to guide you.
2. Do you charge for pickups?
Hauling with Heart is a nonprofit organization. We partner with our sister company, Happy Hauler, to provide paid pick ups of donatable items. These payments help fund our fuel costs and team labor needed to deliver and outfit families in need with household goods.
3. How do my donations help the community?
Your donated items are delivered directly to families that need them most. Every table, bed, or chair you give provides comfort, stability, and dignity to someone starting over.
4. Can businesses partner with Hauling with Heart?
Yes! We work with local businesses to responsibly redirect surplus inventory, office furniture, or household goods. These partnerships allow us to expand our impact and keep usable items out of landfills.
5. What happens if my items cannot be donated?
If items are not suitable for reuse, we do our best to recycle or dispose of them responsibly. Sustainability is a key part of our mission, and we aim to keep waste out of landfills whenever possible.
6. How can I get involved besides donating?
There are many ways to support Hauling with Heart! You can sponsor hauling costs by becoming a monthly contributor. Every contribution helps us empower more families and strengthen our community.
We operate almost exlusively on referrals - if you've had a good experience with us - leave us a review and tell your friends and neighbors to consider us for their donation needs.
